All recipes are intended for 4 glasses with a capacity of approx. 150 ml.
Observe the maximum fill level mark in order to avoid overflowing.
Strawberry smoothie
500 g strawberries, juice of ½ lemon or 1 lime, 1 shot of elderflower syrup, 1 tsp honey (as desired),
crushed ice
Wash the strawberries and add to the mixing container. Add the remaining ingredients. Close the mixing
container with the knife insert and place the container on the mixer. Mix until the desired consistency is
achieved.
TIP: The strawberries can be replaced with seasonal raspberries, blueberries or blackberries, or be mixed
with them.
This recipe also makes a great aperitif. To do so, distribute the fruit purée among champagne glasses and
add sparkling wine or prosecco. The smoothie tastes even creamier if you replace the crushed ice and
honey with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Breakfast drink
1 banana, 1 apple, 1 carrot, 500 ml orange juice, 50 g rolled oats, 1 tsp honey
Peel the fruits and carrot and chop coarsely before adding to the mixing container. Add a shot of orange
juice. Close the mixing container with the knife insert and place the container on the mixer. Purée until the
desired consistency is achieved. Then pour in the remaining orange juice and mix briefly.
