CAUTION:

After 5 minutes continuous use, allow a few minutes rest before next use.

Do not operate more than 5 minutes at one time.
OPERATING HINTS:
Most recipes provide the required time and speed needed.
SPEED 1-2: For mixing dry ingredients with liquids, folding whipped egg whites
and cream into mixtures, stirring gravies and sauces and mashing
vegetables.
SPEED 3-4: For mixing cake mixes, puddings or batters. For using the dough hooks
when
together shortening and sugar.
SPEED 5: For whipping cream, evaporated or powdered milk, egg whites or whole
eggs. For mixing minced meat or kneading heavy dough.
USING THE APPLIANCE for MXR101AB
Operation is the same as for the model MXR101A with all accessories.
This model is also equipped with a tip to Bender.
Mounting tip blender:
Remove the cap from the rear of the mixer movement to the left, connect the
blender to the mixer.
To remove the blender proceed in reverse order.
CLEANING – (common to all models)
Wash beaters/dough hooks in hot, soapy water, or in your dish-washer. Wipe the
mixer body only with a slightly damp cloth. DO NOT PLACE THE MIXER BODY IN
WATER. DO not use harsh abrasive.
