CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Failure to care for and monitor your product may result in the risk of serious injury.
•
Clean the product regularly with warm water and a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive products, detergents or solvents.
•
Dry with a clean, dry soft cloth.
•
Ensure that there is no build-up of dirt or debris around the axle, brakes or wheels.
•
Do not use cleaning products containing phenol or chlorine, as this may damage aluminium and polyamide mate-
rials.
•
Lubricate the wheels with a little oil if they squeak.
•
Periodically check all screws and bolts for wear and strength. Replace any broken, damaged or worn parts im-
mediately.
•
Check that the brakes work before each use.
•
Check the parking brakes by pushing the handles into the locked position and then attempting to push the product.
•
Check the padding for cuts, tears or heavy use. Replace if necessary.
•
In case of malfunction, do not repair the product yourself. Consult an authorised dealer.
•
Heavy duty rubber tyres require limited maintenance but do require regular cleaning with a soft cloth.
•
Heavy duty rubber tyres should be replaced if they are cracked or torn.
