From liquid gas to natural gas: after having removed the control panel,
turn the oven on at 250°C for at least 10-15 minutes. Then position the
thermostat at minimum and turn the adjustment screw (24) anti-
clockwise until the flame is low but stable. Make sure that the flame is
not put out by opening and closing the door repeatedly. If the flame
goes out, slightly increase the minimum.
AFTER CONVERSION TO ANOTHER TYPE OF GAS, YOU MUST

7. INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER
7.1
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Control panel The oven control panel has all the instruments to easily
follow and program the cooking cycle: the function selector, thermostat,
cooking programmer and LED indicating the electrical operation of the
oven. A second LED in all electric ovens indicates constant temperature
control.
Dismounting/Remounting door
Dismount the door as follows: - open the door all the way - lift the two
levers as indicated in the photo - close the door to the first stop click
determined by the previous levers - pull the door upwards and out of the
oven to remove it from its seats. To remount the door, insert the hinges
into the specific seats and then move the two levers back to the closed
position.
Important
The first time the oven is lit, it must be empty because it
could emit smoke and an unpleasant smell for the first few minutes.
This is due to the thermal insulation being heated and to the grease
used for processing. Heat it for approximately 60 minutes; in the
meantime, air out the environment.
After this cycle, let the oven cool off and clean the inside thoroughly
with hot water and delicate detergent.
The appliance becomes very hot during use. Make sure not to touch the
heating elements inside the oven.

INDICATOR LIGHTS (ELECTRIC OVEN)
The ovens are equipped with 2 indicator lights, one green and one
orange.
The green light indicates that any one of the components is live. The
orange light is connected to the thermostat and works intermittently
indicating intervention of the thermostat to maintain a constant
temperature.

GAS OVEN
The

operation/temperature adjustment of the oven and one for adjustment of
the grill heating element. The LEDs indicate their operation, green for
the oven or grill, orange for the grill.
7.3.1
DESCRIPTION AND USE OF GAS OVEN
The thermostat is used to set the desired oven temperature and is
equipped with a safety valve. The green LED turns on when in function.
In order to light it, keep the knob pressed for 5-10 seconds. During this
time span, the burner turns on electrically, the heating element is
heated and gas is fed to the burner. Do not push the ignition knob for
over 15 seconds. If the burner does not light, open the door for 1 minute
and repeat the operation. If the electric lighting does not work, place a lit
match near the hole (see photo) allowing you to see the burner and
simultaneously press the thermostat knob at the maximum position for 5
to 10 seconds.
7.3.2
ELECTRIC GRILL
Infrared grill: the oven is provided with an energy regulator. The
radiation intensity of the heating element can be adjusted from MIN to
MAX with the specific knob. The orange LED and the light inside the
oven turn on simultaneously when the grill function is inserted.
ATTENTION: the grill does not work when the gas function of the oven
is connected.
8. MAINTENANCE, CLEANING AND CARE
ATTENTION: you must never spray the appliance with direct jets of
water nor use a water cleaner!
Before you start cleaning the appliance it must be disconnected from
the electricity via the main switch.
Clean the steel parts with a soft cloth, water and detergent. The
detergent used must not contain chlorine or abrasives as they can
damage the steel surfaces. After it has been cleaned, rinse with water
and dry with a dry cloth.
8.1
CLEANING OF OVEN INTERIOR
Wash the enamelled parts with lukewarm water, detergent, and a soft
sponge.Do not use steel wool or abrasive substances, to avoid
damaging the enamel. Rinse well and dry with a soft cloth. If there are
food residues after cooking it is advisable to clean the oven, so that the
food residue does not burn and become more difficult to clean after the
next use.
8.2
CLEANING THE GAS OVEN BURNER
Remove the burner from its place and wash it with warm water and
liquid detergent. Then dry it completely before returning it to its place,
making sure that no openings are obstructed with impurities.
indispensable for the burner to be installed correctly, since improper
positioning may cause serious abnormalities in combustion.
