Ensure cooler is switched on.
Check if the battery has been charged.
Check if the plug and socket are connected well.
Check if the power supply is malfunctioned.
Check and/or replace fuse.
Disconnect the power to the cooler for five minutes and
restart.
Close the door and allow the cooler to reach desired
temperature.
Allow food to cool slightly before putting in cooler.
Connect cooler and allow adequate cooling time prior to use.
Refer to temperature recommendations section in manual.
If noise persists, turn cooler off and let it sit in the upright
position for 24 hours or call customer service.
Clear anything preventing the lid from closing.
This is normal. Noise will reduce once cooler has fully started.
