8. Maintenance and warranty

The IONSTAR warranty begins with the date of purchase by the end customer.
Maintenance with standard warranty (2 years)
The annual Inspection is not mandatory for the IONSTAR, but we highly
recommend it, as routine inspections of commercially used electrical
systems are usually required by law and for Insurance and/or fire safety
purposes
Maintenance with extended warranty (5 years)
The inspection of the IONSTAR is mandatory on a regular basis, at least
1x per year

Air pressure set too low
Compressed air flow

The ionizing device is damaged
In case a fault or malfunction occurs, which cannot be rectified using the
Set air pressure to 2.5 - 3.5 bar
Check couplings, compressed air
system and compressor
Reduce the inlet air pressure so that
it is a maximum of 3.5 bar
Increase the input air pressure to 2.5
bar
Take the device out of service
