Esta guía de reparación intenta ayudarlo a identificar y solucionar los problemas mínimos
causados por el funcionamiento inusual del sistema eléctrico de nuestros soportes
eléctricos para televisores. Los procedimientos simples de este manual son fáciles de seguir
y capaces de resolver la mayoría de los problemas que ocurren en el uso diario.
Indicador de error
El zumbador emite constantemente un sonido de
alarma:
- Error de la señal de posicionamiento
- Reiniciar el sistema siguiendo el manual de
instrucciones. Si el sonido de la alarma continúa,
comunicar con nosotros para reemplazar el
producto.
Problemas del mando a distancia
1. Pérdida anormal de energía
(normalmente, las pilas se quedan sin energía
después de 24 horas sin usar el mando a distancia).

2.Los botones del mando no funcionan.
Por favor, comprobar si las pilas tienen energía. Si el
problema no se resuelve, comunicar con nosotros
para reemplazar el mando a distancia. Si el
problema aún persiste después del reemplazo,
comunicar con nosotros para reemplazar el
producto.
3. Insensibilidad del mando a distancia
Reemplazar las pilas. Si el problema persiste,
comunicar con nosotros para reemplazar el mando
a distancia.
Funcionamiento anormal: el soporte para TV no se
puede ajustar a 0° o 170°.
Reiniciar el sistema siguiendo el manual de
instrucciones.
Si el problema aún persiste, comunicar con
nosotros para reemplazar el producto.
No funciona
Comprobar si el adaptador de corriente está
correctamente conectado al producto. Si es así,
encerder. Si no hay sonido de zumbador o
indicación de energía de luz roja, verificar si el
adaptador de corriente funciona correctamente. Si
el adaptador de corriente no funciona, contacrtar
con el servicio técnico para reemplazar el adaptador
de corriente. Si el adaptador de corriente funciona
correctamente, pero el soporte para TV no
funciona, comunicarse con nosotros para
reemplazar el producto.
Ruido anormal
Ponerse en contacto con nosotros para reemplazar
el producto.
El motor no puede detenerse el mecanismo anti
colisión se desliza
Ponerse en contacto con nosotros para reemplazar
el producto.
10. Remote control operating instructions. [EN]
1. Pairing the Remote to the Mount
STEP 1: Apply power, and then using a pin or other small item
(such as a paperclip) press the code button located on the side
of the TV Mount. You will hear a "beep" sound after pressing
the code button.
STEP 2: Press(SET ), you will hear a series of "beep" sounds for
10 seconds, the remate control is now successfully paired to
the TV Mount.
2. Resetting the system
Press and hold (OK) for 5 seconds. The system will start
moving automatically, the TV wall mount will move to a 0º
degrees position and then stop with a beep sound, which
indicates that you successfully reset the system.
3. Storing a TV Mount Position in Memory 1
When the TV Mount is in the desired position, press and hold
(mem1) for 2 seconds - you will hear a single"beep" sound
indicating the position has been successfully saved in
Location 1 of the Remate Control.
Note: the remote control uses 2xAAA batteries. Not included.
4. Storing a TV Mount Position in Memory 2
When the TV Mount is in the desired position press and hold (mem2) for 2 seconds - you will hear a
single "beep" sound indicating the position has been successfully saved in Location 2 of the Remate
Control.
5. To recall the first saved position, press 1 , the TV wall mount will automatically swivel to the
location 1 position.
6. To recall the first saved position, press 2 , the TV wall mount will automatically swivel to the
location 2 position.
7. Press and release <], the TV wall mount will swivel to the left, press (OK) to stop.
8. Press and release [>, the TV wall mount will swivel to the right, press (OK) to stop.
9. The TV wall mount can be installed on two directions
(normal or reverse installation)
When you find the swivel direction of the TV wall mount is di erent from the direction button you
pressed, set the remate control by following the process: press and hold ( )for 5 seconds until you
hear beep sound, the remate control is now successfully set to operate the mount.
10: lncrease the swivel range:
The default swivel range of the TV mount is 0-90º. lf you want a swivel range more than 90º , follow
the process:
Step 1: Adjust the TV wall mount to your desired position manually.
Step 2: Press and hold8for 5 seconds until the buzzer sounds one beep. Repeat this step five times
until you hear the buzzer make a "beep beep" (2 beeps), this new swivel range is now successfully
saved.
Note: The max swivel range is 170º
Over-current Protection: The buzzer makes a "beep beep" (2 beeps) once
Sensor indicates the mount is over range: The buzzer makes a "beep beep" (2 beeps) twice
Sensor indicates an operating fault: The buzzer makes a "beep beep" (2 beeps) three times Unit
senses abnormal power: The buzzer makes a "beep beep" (2 beeps) four times
