cle assembly master to inspect the assembly of the bicycle.
If you do not have the experience and tools to complete the assembly,
Note
Big Sur strongly advises having a professionally experienced assembly master help
with the assembly and tuning.
Note
A crucial step in assembling the bicycle is securing the front wheel and checking
the tightness of the rear wheel axle nut.
Big Sur bicycles use a bolted axle and quick-release connection for the
front wheel, and a bolt connection for the rear wheel. These devices may
become loose during transport or over time. The torque and safety of all
wheel installation hardware should be checked regularly. Both wheels
need to be properly secured before riding the bicycle.
Compulsory Equipment and Use Location
Before riding, ensure that all required and recommended safety equip-
ment is met and comply with all local laws related to the use of electric
bicycles. For example, the law may stipulate the need for mandatory
equipment, the installation of license plates, or the areas where riding is
permitted.
Replacement of Parts or Additional Attachments
Using non-original parts or spares can jeopardize the safety of your bicycle, impede
warranty, and may also result in the bicycle not complying with local bicycle regula-
tions. You bear the risks associated with replacing original components or installing
third-party accessories or attachments not provided by AIMA. Using aftermarket
accessories or components not tested by AIMA for safety and compatibility may
create unsafe riding conditions, damage AIMA's property or your bicycle, and may
lead to serious injury or death.
