Fasten the power unit to the main lifting column bracket using M10x20 nuts, snap rings D.10 and washers
D.10.
Hydraulic oil
Fill up hydraulic oil to the mark on the dipstick.
Bleeding the lift
Note
Be sure to add oil if there is not enough oil in the circuit during the bleeding process.
1. Remove or loosen the hose from the power unit on the cylinder of the control side (power unit side).
2. Press the Lift button for 2 seconds.
3. Catch any escaping oil in a suitable container.
4. Reattach the hose and screw it tight.
5. Check the oil level and top up if necessary.
6. Remove or loosen the hose from the cylinder on the next side.
7. Press the Lift button for 2 seconds.
8. Catch any escaping oil in a suitable container.
9. Reattach the hose and screw it tight.
10. Check the oil level and top up if necessary.
11. Press the Lift button until the lifting platform has reached the end stop.
12. Press the Lower button until the lifting platform is completely lowered. Do not release the Lower button yet.
13. Keep the Lower button pressed for another 10 seconds to allow any residual air to escape.
14. If necessary, press the Lower button and at the same time push the two piston rods as far as possible into
the cylinders.
15. Check the oil level and top up if necessary.
