Before first use
Wash, rinse and dry the chopper before
using it for the first time.
Cleaning
Blades prefer to be washed by hand. This
•
product is not dishwasher safe.
To avoid marks on the blade, you should
•
dry the blade immediately after cleaning.
A tip is to wash and dry the chopper
•
immediately after use. Do not immerse
the handle in water. Instead, wipe it clean
with a damp cloth and dry it with a clean
dish towel. This avoids any risk of bacteria
spreading.
If the blade has become very blunt as a
•
result of long use or carelessness, having
it professionally sharpened may be
needed in order to restore its sharp edge.
Storing and using your chopper
Use the chopper to cut and chop herbs
•
and spices like mint, pepper, onion and
garlic.
Avoid cutting through frozen or hard
•
foods.
For best results – always use the included
•
chopping board in bamboo or use a
chopping board made of wood or plastic.
Never cut on a glass, metal or ceramic
surface.
Store your chopper well out of children's
•
reach. Storing it properly protects the
blade's edge and prolongs the life of the
chopper.
