Dismantling - right side
1. Remove the footpeg from the bracket by removing the E-shaped clip and clevis pin. Also remove the
torsion spring and set the components aside for later.
2. Remove the right foot support bracket (1). To do this, loosen the front linkage screw (3) and screws (2).
3. Detach the rear brake master cylinder (7) from its mounting. To do this, remove the cotter pin ring and
the clevis pin.
4. Loosen the original screws (6) and support the rear brake master cylinder (7).
5. Disassemble the brake pedal bracket (4) by loosening the screw (5).

1. Fit the first O-ring (7) to the brake pedal bracket (3).
2. Mount the brake pedal (4) to the bracket (3). To do this, add the second O-ring (7) to the brake pedal
and use the large washer (6) and cylinder head screw M8 x 50 mm (5). Use the washer (2) and nut (1) for
fastening.
3. Insert the short leg of the torsion spring (12) into the footpeg (10), and the long leg into the hole of the
foot support bracket (8).
4. Turn the footpeg (10) to the correct position and insert the clevis pin (9). Secure it with the E-shaped
clip (11).
