BASIC OPERATION

1. TURN ON
Press the POWER button on the body of player, and it shows
the player, it will show NO DISC.
2. PLACE A DISC
Press OPEN/CLOSE key to open the DVD tray, it shows OPEN on the screen, then you can place a
disc, and press OPEN/CLOSE button again to close the tray.
The disc will be read automatically. (Note: After reading some disc format, you need to press PLAY
button or optional key to play the disc.)
3. PLAY
CDDA/picture CD/VCD1.0/VCD1.1 etc, the player will play in sequence. And picture CD format is played
the picture in slide show.
VCD2.0/SVCD/CVD/DVCD/DVD etc, it will be played according to the disc.
CD-ROM/DVD.ROM etc disc, it will enter into the menu of head media, and will play in sequence.
4. STOP
Press STOP button once, the screen shows READY FOR STOP, and if you press the button again, the
DVD player will be stopped. If the player is in READY FOR STOP mode, and press PLAY button, the
player will be played continually. And if the player is in STOP mode, and press PLAY key, it will be
played again in sequence.
For protecting the disc, please press STOP button firstly, before press the OPEN/CLOSE button to
open the DVD tray and then take out the disc if you want to take out the disc.
5. PAUSE
Press PAUSE button to pause the DVD player. It will resume to play while you press PLAY/PAUSE
button again. If you are playing picture-CD or JPEG photo, and press PLAY/PAUSE button, the picture
will be frozen.
6. MENU
When PBC is on, please put a disc with PBC function into the player, the screen shows the menu, you
can use PREV/NEXT button to select the song, and then press ENTER to confirm. When PBC is off, it
means you cannot choose the song from the menu directly. The player will play in sequence, or you can
use numeric keys and the button of PREV/NEXT to select (It is only available for VCD2.0).
※ When playing VCD disc, MENU button have the function of PBC.
7. SCREEN SAVER
The screen will enter into screen saver automatically if you don't have any action for ten minutes. When
you press any key, screen saver will be disappeared.
8. FAST FORWARD/FAST BACKWARD
Press FAST FORWARD/FAST
or backward from:×2, ×4 to ×32. It will be normal when you press it
again (Press PLAY button can come back to normal playing).
9. SLOW PLAYING
Press SLOW button, the player playing speed will be slow. The speed will be changed according to the
times you press, the speed is 1/2, 1/4 to 1/8. And it will be
back to normal playing when you press it again (Press PLAY button also can be back to normal playing).
10. TIME -/--
In DVD mode, press TIME button, you can select title/chapter or a certain time to play. In TV mode, it
can be used to preset channel number.
11. REPEAT PLAYING
In DVD mode, press REPEAT button once, it repeats the chapter which is playing. Press twice, it
