Pairing iOS devices
1. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
2. Access the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone and look for the "GLOBE" option in
the list.
3. Once selected, the Bluetooth icon on your smartwatch will change and a paired string
will be displayed.
4. Open the APP and select "Device". Then select "Add new device".
5. Select the "GLOBE" device that will appear in the list.
6. A confirmation message will appear on the smartwatch screen to synchronise it with
your mobile phone. Allow synchronisation.
7. A pairing message may appear on the screen of your device.
8. Accept all notification permissions requested by the smartwatch.
Pairing Android devices
1. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone.
2. Open the APP and select "Device". Then select "Add new device".
3. Select the "GLOBE" device that appears in the list. Once selected, the Bluetooth icon on
your smartwatch will change and a paired string will be displayed.
4. A pairing message may appear on the screen of your device. Allow pairing.
5. Accept all notification permissions requested by the smartwatch.
Troubleshooting
• If the application cannot find the device: Try pressing the button on the device. If the
screen is not on, you can connect the device to charge.
• If the device connects and disconnects quickly: There may be an obstruction between
the device and the phone. Wearing metal jewellery may interfere with the stability of the
connection.
• If the device cannot charge, this may be due to a dirty or rusted charging port.
Functions
The GLOBE includes several functions related to health and daily life. Swipe to the left to
quickly access the physical activity (swipe once), heart rate monitoring (twice), sleep
monitoring (three times) and weather information (four times) functions.
