• Swipe right to open the detailed menu - data, heart rate, pressure, oxygen, sport, sleep,
music, time, message, stopwatch and set.
• Swipe up to see Bluetooth notifications. To return to the home screen, press the button.
• Swipe down for quick access to other functionalities: brightness adjustment, night mode,
anti-lost function, on-o and watch settings.
Note: Press the switch button once for each time you want to return to a previous
function.
Awareness: The health parameters can only be measured when the smartwatch is
correctly on. In case it is not set correctly, the recorded data will not be accurate or no
data will be recorded at all.
Changing the watch dial
The smartwatch comes with several di erent watch dials:
• Slide your finger to the left and tap the "Set" icon, then tap the "Monitor" option.
• You will then find the "Change" option. Select the clock dial you like best.
• You can also do this more directly by swiping down and selecting the "Settings" icon
directly.
• Through the App, in the "Dashboard" section, you can access many more di erent dial
options that are continuously updated.
Sports
• With the GLOBE smartwatch you can select various sports to monitor: cycling, climbing,
yoga, treadmill, basketball, football, table tennis, etc.
• Slide your finger to the left and you will find the "Sport" function icon to select the type
of sport you are going to do.
• You can also select the sport mode from the App itself in the "Sport" section.
• Each mode measures elapsed time, calories burned and heart rate adapted to each of
the activities o ered. The data will be saved after each session.
24h heart rate
• The GLOBE can record your heart rate throughout the day. Slide your finger to the right
and select the "Heart rate" option. You can also find the function more directly by
swiping left twice from the start of your smartwatch.
• The heart rate will be measured automatically and the results will appear on the screen in
a few seconds.
• Connect the APP and see the detailed heart rate monitoring data.
My watch is not measuring heart rate
The watch may not be receiving a proper heart rate signal. In this case, a dotted line will
appear on the display. If this happens, confirm that the watch is properly fitted, and adjust
it so that it is properly positioned and securely strapped to your wrist. Once the watch is
adjusted, it will automatically obtain the data when you enter the heart rate monitoring
function.
