The oven burner flame should be bluish and stable, follow these steps to improve this condition:
1. Check that the range is completely cold, and all the knobs are off.
2. Disconnect the power cord. Remove the tray from the oven floor, take the tray from the back
on both sides and pull up and remove it from the oven.
3. Locate the screw that holds the burner to the front frame of the range and, using a
screwdriver, unscrew completely and store the screw and washer in a safe place.
4. Hold the burner and pull it so that the rear part comes loose from the spout but prevent the
rear cables from being tensioned in case your range has an
electric ignition oven.
5. To adjust the air, loosen the air regulator screw located
on the back of the burner and turn to open or close the
window (see figure).
6. If the flame is yellow it is necessary to open the window.
When the flame is unstable or separates from the burner, it
is necessary to close the window slightly.
7. When you have finished adjusting the window, tighten the regulator screw and return the
burner to its original position, aligning it with the rear nozzle and check that the cables go
towards the back of the range.
8. Attach the screw with the washer holding the front frame and the burner, tighten to hold it.
9. Connect the range power cord.
10. Turn on the burner again according to the sequence in "Check Operation", "Oven burner".
If the flame is already stable and blue, the range is ready for operation; otherwise wait for the
burner to cool and return to step 3.
11. When the oven burner has been adjusted and is placed inside the oven, return the floor tray
to its original position. Continue with the check operation of the oven burner.
NOTE: Do not obstruct the air outlet of the oven, do not cover the holes in the
oven tray.
USE OF THE STOVE
Control knobs
Electric lighters automatically turn on the outdoor burners by turning the control knobs towards
Hi (high flame). See "Check Operation", "Cooktop burners". Before attaching a control knob,
place the kitchen utensil on the grill. Do not operate a burner with an empty cookware or if the
grate is not holding a cooking utensil.
To set the burner temperature:
1. Press and turn the knob to the left. The burners will
click, but only the burner that is activated will produce a
flame.
2. Turn the knob to any position between Hi (maximum
flame) and Low (minimum flame) or Hi (maximum flame),
Medium (medium flame) and Low (minimum flame) for
knobs with indicator on the knob (depending on model).
The click will stop.
