FUMES VALVE
The fumes valve is another functioning device,
placed on the cooking plate in the exhaust fumes
par.
This valve is employed to increase the
equipment efficiency during the starting phase.

SHAKING FIRE GRATE
Shaking the grate of the foyer, the ash will fall down into the ash drawer and the foyer

will be always clean and ready for next wood loading.
ASH DRAWER
The ash drawer should be emptied from ash using the thermic glove. The ash drawer
•
emptying should be done when the appliance is cold.
The ash drawer is placed under the foyer, to reach it, it's necessary to open the fire door.
•
The emptying of ash drawer must be done when the appliance is completely cold. Be
•
careful to the presence of ambers or warm pieces.
Do not forget to insert the ash drawer in its place. The
•
functioning of the appliance without the ash drawer
has to be considered dangerous.
Please employ the thermic glove in case of ash
•
drawer's emptying when the appliance is still warm.
AIR VALVES (Fig. 1)
The appliance is equipped with a Primary Air adjustment valve located in the lower part of
the firebox door; a Basic Air Valve and a Secondary Air Valve located in the upper area.
These make it possible to improve operation with a consequent increase in efficiency and a
decrease in carbon monoxide emissions into the atmosphere.
CHAFING DISH
The Chafing dish is located at the bottom of the oven door and
allows you to have a heated space.
To access the Chafing dish compartment it is necessary to open the oven door
N.B. In the warmer compartment, ash drawer, hearth and oven door is prohibited to store /
use: alcohol, petrol, liquid fuels and highly flammable materials.
In the Chafing dish and oven, it is also forbidden to store / use solid fuels.
