Error message "Safety circuit
broken" is displayed on the opera-
tor panel.
Error message "Material retaining
fault" or "Start-up error" is dis-
played on operator panel.
Error message "Frequency con-
verter error" is displayed on op-
erator panel, due to overloaded
frequency converter / gear motor
to piston mechanism.
Converter for blower motor will
only be overloaded in very rare
cases, such as if the filters are de-
fect, and material has obstructed
the movement of the rotor.
Lack of supply voltage (e.g. fuses
defective).
Motor or gear defective.
Excessive drop in voltage supply
Close the lid of the material outlet and/or install the
cover over the piston mechanism. If this does not
help, check the adjustment and function of the safety
switch.
Check the compressed air connection, sensor at the
retaining pin cylinder, and the retaining pins (may
have been bent).
Open the outlet lid and remove the material from the
the trim handler. Close the lid and activate the clean-
ing function button before starting.
If the blower has been clogged, the trim handler must
be disassembled, cleaned and rotor checked for
damage before the trim handler is used again.
Connect supply voltage.
Replace gear or motor.
Replace cables with larger cross-sections or locate
other cause of voltage drop
