EXAMPLES OF SCREENSHOTS
Green trim handler icon - the trim handler is running as desired.
Flashes green during start-up and setpoint adjustment.
Red trim handler icon - the trim handler has stopped.
RPM: This shows the blower speed per minute.
2.385: Indicates the set point, in rpm.
0:
Indicates the current rpm of the blower, as the compactor is stop
ped, and indicated by the red compactor icon.
Vertical scale from 0 to 4500: - Scale showing the number of revolutions
per minute. The green part of the scale shows how many rpm the blower
is capable of delivering in the current situation.
In this situation, the setpoint is set too high or the trim handler performan-
ce is too low. The blower is not able to deliver the desired speed of 3.780
rpm. The blower is only able to deliver 3.288 rpm due to the maximum
performance of the trim handler in conjunction with the system it is built
into. This is indicated by the set point being in the red area of the scale.
However, the trim handler is still running, but the performance is redu-
ced from the desired setpoint to the maximum performance of the trim
handler. As the trim handler is still running, the green trim handler icon is
displayed.
