• Never weld bicycle frames or ratchets, parts of vehicle steering, trailer tow bars, etc.
• Make sure the machine is adequately ventilated, do not locate it too close to walls with a minimum separation of 10 cm.
Do not rest the machine on the vents. Do not place the machine in a lateral and horizontal position. The welder is not
designed to be mounted on racks or on trolleys. Placing the welder at inclinations greater than 10 ° from the horizontal may
result in its overturning.
• Electronic devices near electronic welding machines can experience interference due to the high levels of current produced
during the process. Turn off nearby computer equipment as a precaution. If interference occurs outside of the immediate
area where the process is taking place, have a qualified electrical technician check the grounding of the electrical connection
used to operate the machine.
• The welding process can affect medical devices such as pacemakers. If you are a user of these devices stay away and
consult your doctor.
• Never use the machine for other activities or operations other than welding.
• Moving parts, such as fans, can cause personal injury. Stay away from them and do not insert objects on them or obstruct
them.
• Do not move the gas cylinder when the regulator valve is in place. Attach the gas cylinder securely, upright to a wall rack
or special cart.
• Always close the gas cylinder valve and then the regulator valve.
• Additional safety considerations are required when working under any of the following hazardous conditions: In wet
locations; metal structures such as floors, grates, or scaffolding; being in difficult positions such as sitting, kneeling or lying
down, when there is a high risk of accidental contact with the workpiece, when the work area has flammable materials, when
welding at height.
