Dispose of the hydraulic oil in an environmentally compatible
manner. Ask your local repair garage to see to its disposal or
find your nearest waste materials collection centre.
TRANSPORTATION
The product can be transported by all kinds of closed
transport in accordance with shipping rules applicable for
each mode of transport. Terms of transportation under
climatic factors:
– ambient temperature -20 to +55 °C;
– relative humidity 80% at a temperature of +20 °C.
During transportation, loading and unloading of the product
packaging should not be subject to excessive shocks and
exposed to rain. Placing and securing the transport package
with the packaged product in vehicles should ensure a stable
position and the lack of ability to move during transportation.
Storage must be carried out at ambient temperatures from 0
to +40 °C and a relative humidity of 80%, away from children.

Corrective action
1. Turn the release valve
counterclockwise by one
full turn.
2. Insert the handle into the
pump socket and turn it by
six full turns.
3. Turn the release valve
clockwise to the stop to
close it.
4. Continue swinging the
pump handle until the
rod is in the maximum top
position and swing it for
some more time to remove
air from the system.
5. Open oil filler plug
slightly with care to release
accumulated air.
6. Turn the release valve
counterclockwise by one
full turn, lower the rod to
the lowermost position. If
necessary, use force.
7. Close the release valve
clockwise to the stop and
check the functionality
of the jack. If necessary,
repeat the above actions
once again.
Check the level; if
necessary, remove the oil
filler plug and drain the
excess oil.
