Question 6.
I would like to partition STOR.E TV hard disk.
Answer:
We do not recommend you to partition STOR.E TV unless you are an expert
user. STOR.E TV can recognize FAT32 or NTFS partitions.
Question 7.
How can I format a hard disk (above 80 GB) into a FAT32 partition?
Answer:
Windows 2000/XP can view a FAT32 partition within the capacity of 128GB,
but the format tool in Windows 2000/XP can only format FAT32 partition
within the capacity of 32GB. If you need to format any FAT32 partition
beyond the capacity of 32GB, please use other third party format tools, like
Norton Partition Magic 8.0.
Question 8.
My files have disappeared from the player.
Answer:
Make sure that you browse your files using the ALL MEDIA filter and not a
filtered view such as VIDEO, AUDIO, or PICTURE (check the filtering topic
above).
Question 9.
Why there is no sound in movie, music playback when using Y/Pb/Pr
output?
Answer:
Y/Pr/Pr output is a video output only and it does not include any sound
signal. When using the Y/Pb/Pr output, please plug the standard A/V cable
and connect the Audio Left/Right RCA connectors to your TV Y/Pb/Pr
Audio IN.
Question 10.
I can no longer see my media files in the browser or they are only partially
listed on my TV.
Answer:
1. A special media filter is active.
Only media files that correspond to the active media filter are displayed
on your television. If you select e.g. the media filter "Music", no picture
files are shown. Press the "Media Type" button on your remote control
to change the media filter. If you want to see all supported media files,
please choose the media filter "All".
2. Unsupported format.
Your STOR.E TV supports a great variety of media file formats; please
check the specifications of STOR.E TV.
