Question 11.
I want to perform a firmware update for my STOR.E TV but my television
goes blank.
Answer:
In some cases, the display via HDMI is not correct during a firmware
update.
Please make sure that your STOR.E TV is also connected to your television
via the composite video connection during the firmware update, not only via
HDMI, and select the composite video input as the active input of your
television.
Question 12.
While using the STOR.E TV, it no longer responds to my commands.
Answer:
This problem may have several causes. Please check the following items:
1. Unplug and plug again the power adapter of STOR.E TV and try again
2. Restore STOR.E TV to the factory default settings (go in the "Setup",
"General Setup", then select "Defaults") and try again.
3. Please aim the remote control in the direction of the STOR.E TV and try
again.
4. Check the battery in the remote control and, if necessary, replace it with
a new one.
Question 13.
When playing back some videos from a USB external storage device, the
video playback is jerky.
Answer:
Some high quality videos may not playback properly from the USB host.
We highly recommend you to play all high quality videos from the internal
hard drive (copy the videos from your PC to STOR.E TV using the PC
Connection).
Question 14.
My CAMILEO video files are not playing back, how can I play them back?
Answer:
Please convert your files with the bundled ArcSoft Software which is
bundled with your CAMILEO camcorder.
