Solution
• Make sure the inlet filters on the fill
valves are not clogged.

• Make sure that both hot and cold water
taps are turned on all the way.
• Check supply hose connections.
• Ensure that the drain hose is not kinked.
• Make sure that the drain hose is no
higher than 1.2 m above the bottom of
the washing machine.
• Always remove items from the washing
machine as soon as the cycle is
complete.
• The washing machine can be fully
loaded, but the drum should not be tightly
packed with items. The door of the
washing machine should close easily.
• Hot water rinse can set wrinkles in
garments. Check the supply hose
connections.
• Follow the guidelines provided by the
detergent manufacturer.
• Run the Tub clean cycle regularly.
• Add more items to allow the washing
machine to balance the loads.
• Always try to wash articles of somewhat
similar weight to allow the washing
machine to evenly distribute the weight of
the load for spinning.
• Manually redistribute the load if articles
have become tangled.
