• Do not place flammable / ex-
plosive materials near the
product, as the surfaces will be
hot while it is operating.
• Keep your distance when
opening the oven door during
or at the end of cooking. The
steam may burn your hand,
face and/or eyes.
• During operation the product is
hot. Care should be taken to
avoid touching hot parts, in-
side of the oven and heating
elements.
• Always wear heat-resistant
oven gloves when handling the
product.

Accessory Use
• It is important that the wire
grill and tray are placed prop-
erly on the wire shelves. For
detailed information, refer to
the section "Usage of ac-
cessories".
• Close the oven door after
pushing the accessories com-
pletely into the cooking space,
otherwise they may hit the
door glass and damage it.

Cooking Safety
• Be careful when using alco-
holic drinks in your dishes. Al-
cohol evaporates at high tem-
peratures and may cause fire
since it can ignite when it
comes into contact with hot
surfaces.
• Food residues in the cooking
area., such as oil, can ignite.
Clean these residues before
cooking.
• Food Poisoning Hazard: Do not
let food sit in oven for more
than 1 hour before or after
cooking. Otherwise it may
cause food poisoning or dis-
eases.
• Do not heat closed tins and
glass jars in the oven. The
pressure that would build-up in
the tin/jar may cause it to
burst.
• Do not place baking trays,
dishes or aluminium foil dir-
ectly onto the bottom of the
oven. The accumulated heat
might damage the bottom of
the oven.
Be mindful of the following pre-
cautions when using greasy
parchment paper or similar ma-
terials:
• Place the greaseproof paper in
a cookware or on the oven ac-
cessory (tray, wire grill, etc.)
with food and place it in the
preheated oven.
• To prevent the risk of touching
the oven heating elements and
obstructing the flow of hot air,
remove any excess parts of
