SUFFOCATION HAZARD
Infants have suffocated:
• In gaps between extra padding
and side of the bassinet, and
• On soft bedding.
Use ONLY the mattress pad
provided by Graco. NEVER add a
pillow, comforter, toys or another
mattress for padding.
• Product can roll over on soft
surfaces and suffocate child.
Never place product on beds,
sofas, cushions, or other soft
surfaces.
FALL HAZARD: Infants have
suffered head injuries falling from
product.
•To help prevent falls, do not use
this product when the infant
begins to push up on hands and
knees, weighs over 20 lb (9 kg)
(approximately 5 months of
age), or child's head and feet
simultaneously touch head and
foot ends of bassinet, whichever
comes first.
• Always check that the bassinet
is securely locked on the base
by pulling upwards on the
bassinet.
• Child's activity can move
product. NEVER place product
on counter tops, tables, or any
other elevated surface.
• Bassinet not intended for use as
infant restraint device in motor
vehicles.
• NEVER use this product as a
means to transport an infant in
a motor vehicle.
• ALWAYS provide the
supervision necessary for the
continued safety of your child.
• NEVER carry child when
bassinet is attached to base.
• ALWAYS keep the bassinet
away from hazards in the area
that may injure your child.
• The product must be fully
assembled per these
instructions before use.
• ALWAYS provide the
supervision necessary for the

child's reach.
