• Compruebe que no aparece ningún mensaje de error en la pantalla LCD de la impresora.
Si el problema no se resuelve, use el controlador de la impresora del ordenador para realizar el
trabajo de impresión y compruebe si los datos se imprimen normalmente en la impresora.

Nota
• Con una conexión LAN inalámbrica, podrían transcurrir varios minutos tras encender la impresora
para que se establezca la comunicación. Compruebe que la impresora está conectada a la red
inalámbrica y espere unos instantes antes de empezar a imprimir.
• Si la impresora no está encendida o no está conectada a Internet y, por lo tanto, el trabajo de
impresión no se procesa en las 24 horas posteriores a su lanzamiento, el trabajo se cancela
