Unscrew the nozzle, insert the pipe on the valve by pushing and turning, tighten the nozzle to block the whole.
Place the whole in the bottom of the chemical solution tank. The valve must be suspended in a vertical position in
the bottom of the chemical solution tank.
Connect the other end of the flexible pipe to the pump suction inlet No.1 (lower part on the left), check that the
cap is removed.
3.4 DISCHARGE
Place the injector on the mounting clap using Teflon tape. Connect the ''white'' rigid pipe to the injector.
Unscrew the nozzle, insert the pipe on the valve No. 3 by pushing and turning, tighten the nozzle No. 4 to block.
Connect the other end of the pump to the pump return inlet No. 2 (lower part on the right), check that the cap
is removed.
3.5 ELECTRIC SUPPLY
The whole electric installation must be in conformity with the running local standards (NF C 15-100 in France),
and therefore adequately earthed and fitted with a suitably sensitive circuit breaker 30 mA.
Check that the electric data mentioned on the label stuck on the pump is compatible with the existing electric
network.
An interlock to the filtration pump is compulsory, the system must always be working with a water flow on the
probe and injector circuit.
The option 'filtration auto start' is designed to start the filtration pump automatically until the requested set point
is reached.
It is strongly advised to install a flow switch as well (not included), that will provide an additional safety by
stopping the dosing pump in case lack of water flow in the pipes (closed valve, hydraulic part of the pump out of
order, etc.).
3.6 ELECTRIC CONNECTION
Electrical supply : 230V AC 50Hz
The supply circuit must be protected by a ground fault 30mA
The dosing pump must be permanently connected to the mains.
! CAUTION !
The pump should never inject when water is not circulating in the pipes. It is
compulsory to interlock the dosing pump to the filtration pump.
3 electrical connections must be made :
Cable gland n° 1 CG1
Cable gland n° 2 CG 2
Cable gland n° 3 CG3
BNC socket
Interlock to filtration by free contact 0 volt
! CAUTION !
A line from the contactor must imperatively be dedicated to this interlock by free contact (0
volt).
The contacts that are being used must be free with no potential.
Any voltage applied via the free contact (parallel assembly on a power contact, direct supply or any other) will
provoke the destruction of the dosing pump (not taken under warranty).
