WARNING!
Recharge the batteries before use. Batteries
must be charged at room temperature of be-
tween 0º C (32º F) and 45º C (113º F). If charging
is not carried out between these temperatures,
it cannot be assured to have been correct, and
the battery capacity may be reduced.
The battery charge kit display (Fig. 10) identifies:

To charge the battery, insert the power jack into the battery
and the battery charger plug into the 100-240V (50-60 Hz)
power socket of the installation premises.
When charging is completed, disconnect the battery charger
plug from the 100-240V (50-60 Hz) socket then extract the jack
from the battery.
3.11.1. Safe use of the battery
In using the battery it is important to comply with the follow-

lf the batteries are totally discharged, the charging time will
be approximately 3 hours. For optimal charging, the batteries
should be charged at the room temperature of between 0º
C (32º F) and 45º C (113º F). At lower or higher temperatures,
the battery charging capacity is not completed 100%, and the
economy is reduced.
For a longer useful battery life, it is recommendable to work un-
til the batteries completely discharged at least once a month
during the cutting campaign.
For long storage/hibernation after the cutting season, the bat-
teries must be completely recharged. This must be repeated
every 3 MONTHS, and failure to do so will result in the warranty
being voided.
