Display symbols
The radio display features various symbols
that illuminate when their corresponding
functions are in use.

Recharging the battery
This portable radio has a built-in rechargea-
ble lithium-ion battery and can operate with-
out being plugged into a power outlet. You
can check the battery status on the front LCD
display
.
To recharge the battery, connect the provided
power supply to the radio USB input on the
back side. This combination also ensures the
best radio reception. Then plug the power
supply into a power outlet. It may take up to 3
hours to fully charge the battery.
Warning: Use only the provided power supply,
or power supply marked as USB-C PD which
can provide 9V and at least 10W.

First start-up
Extend the telescopic antenna.
Press and hold the power button on the radio
to switch it on. If this is the first time using the
device, it will go into DAB mode and automati-
cally start searching for available stations.
The clock will be automatically updated to the
current time.
If the station list is empty after scanning, DAB
radio stations may not be available in the area
or antenna was not extended. Try to relocate
the radio and repeat auto scan.

Basic operation
5.1
Switching on / off
To turn the radio on or off, press and hold the
power button for a few seconds. Once the ra-
dio is on, a quick press of the same button will
put it in standby mode. To switch it back on

from standby mode, simply press the power
button briefly. Alternatively, you can wake the
radio from standby by pressing the volume
knob.
Note: If the radio is muted or does not receive
a signal for 15 minutes, it will automatical-
ly go into standby mode. When the radio is
in standby mode and is powered by battery
only, it will turn off completely after 60 min-
utes (unless an alarm is programmed). If the
radio is powered by the power adapter, it will
remain in standby mode.
5.2
Adjusting volume and mute
You can adjust the volume by turning the vol-
ume knob on the device. Pressing the vol-
ume knob mutes the radio. Pressing the but-
ton again will restore the original volume. In
Bluetooth mode, pressing the volume knob
will pause or resume the current track.
5.3
Additional information
By repeatedly pressing the info button on the
device, depending on the source and station,
additional information can be displayed.
5.4
Switching the source
Press the source button repeatedly to switch
between sources: DAB, FM, Bluetooth.
5.5
Main menu navigation
Press the menu button to open the main
menu. Rotate the volume knob to swap be-
tween menu items. Press the volume knob
to enter the selected menu item or confirm
the selected option. Press the back button to
step back in the menu.

Digital radio (DAB+)
To receive the digital radio, make sure the an-
tenna of the radio is extended.
Press the source button repeatedly until you
can see [DAB] on the display.
6.1
Station scan
To search for stations, you can start an auto-
matic search.
To do this, press the menu button on top of
the radio to display main menu. By rotating
of the volume knob navigate to [full scan]
and confirm selection by pressing the vol-
ume knob. [scanning...] appears on the dis-
play, as well as the number of stations found
so far and a corresponding progress bar. The
stations are then saved in alphabetical order.
6.2
Manual tuning
Note: Ensembles refer to groups of radio sta-
tions that broadcast on a specific frequency
in a specific geographical area. Each ensem-
ble consists of multiple stations that transmit
their signals together, allowing the listener to
tune into any one of them.
You can manually tune into an ensemble us-
ing the menu button on the device. After se-
lecting [manual tuning], you can choose the
desired block/frequency and confirm your
selection by pressing the volume knob. The
radio will display information about the en-
semble, including signal strength and a list of
stations within the ensemble.
If the radio successfully tunes into a new en-
semble, it will automatically save all of the
stations within that ensemble to the station
list. However, if no stations are found, you can
