MS900 stand
Upon completion of the diagnostic process, the measurement results will be displayed on the
•
screen. If the pressure value exceeds 100 mBar, the filter is considered dirty and requires
washing.
After the diagnostic process is complete, the stand will stop operating. Next, disconnect the
•
hose from the filter.
The diagnostic results can be saved and printed using an external Bluetooth printer. To save the
diagnostic results, press the "Save" button, which will appear after the diagnostic process is
finished. You will be prompted to save it as a new result if it's the first filter diagnostic, or you can
save the data to a file for an already tested and washed filter (see Figure 11a). If saving as a new
result, provide the customer's name and order number, then press the "Save file" button (see
Figure 11b).
Stage 2 - Filter Washing
Connect the filter to the hoses of the MS900B module; the connection side doesn't matter. In
•
the menu of the MS900B module, select the appropriate washing parameters for the filter (see
Figure 5, item 5), or set the desired parameters. Press the "Start" button to begin the washing
process. If necessary, the process can be interrupted or extended at any time.
Upon completion of the washing, the stand will stop operating. Next, disconnect the hoses
•
from the filter.
