– To save energy, use thick-base, fl at pans with
a base slightly larger than the cooking zone.
– Use pans with iron bottom, enamelled iron,
cast iron, special multilayer metals.
– Do not use pans with aluminium body and
aluminium pans with Tefl on coatings.
WARNING: Do not use the applian-
ce with pans of unsuitable material. The
unsuitable materials are: nickel chromium
stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass,
glass, porcelain.
IMPORTANT: Use only pans with a
cm diameter bottom.
IMPORTANT: Do not place 2 pans on
the same cooking zone,
– It is recommended to use pans of MAXI-
MUM 30 cm diameter to achieve top hea-
ting effi ciency.

USE AND OPERATION
IMPORTANT: To avoid compromising
the functionality of the inductor, never use
pans with a bottom not perfectly fl at or de-
formed (see image).
WARNING: Do not use empty pots or
pans on the appliance as they can quickly
reach very high temperatures.
– Never place anything between the pan bot-
tom and the cooking zone.
WARNING: Never place anything in
the cooking zone, and especially not metal
items (cutlery, watches, etc.) or items which
may be demagnetised (credit cards, bank
cards, etc.).
– To avoid scratching the hob surface, we
recommend using smooth, fl at-bottomed
cookware.
WARNING: When using the appli-
ance, pay attention not to get close with
rings, bracelets, necklaces during cooking
operations as they could get very hot.
– Always keep the appliance and the surround-
ing areas clean.
– Remove fat residues immediately with a
damp cloth to avoid corrosive eff ects on the
plates.
– Before cooking foods with high sugar con-
tent (such as jam) a protective product must
be applied to the cooking surface to prevent
damage if the pan boils over.
– When cleaning, use only food-approved de-
tergents.
