● Never heat unopened food containers as the buildup of heat and pressure may cause container to explode and result in
injury.
Installation
The installation must conform with local codes or, in the absence of local codes, with the National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/
NFPA 54 or, in Canada, the Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code, CSA B149.1. The appliance, when installed, must be
electrically grounded in accordance with the local codes or, in the absence of local codes, with the National Electrical Code
NFPA 70 or the Canadian Electric Code, CSA C22.1-02.
WARNING
Installation of this appliance must adhere to the written instructions in this manual. No agent, representative,
or employee of the manufacturer of Furrion® appliances or other person has the authority to change, modify, or
waive any provision of the instructions in this manual.
● The minimum horizontal distance from back of appliance to adjacent vertical combustible wall extending above the top
panel would be 8" (measuring from the rear burner center to the back wall).
● Minimum horizontal clearance of 7.25", measured from center of the rear burner to the side wall.
● The side cabinet that is located between the appliance and the combustible construction has a minimum height
requirement from the cooking surface to the bottom of the cabinet of 18".
● The minimum horizontal distance between overhead cabinets must not be less than the width of the appliance.
● The maximum depth of the cabinets installed above the top surface of the cooking sections can be no more than 13"
(330mm). Any opening in the wall behind the appliance and in the floor under the appliance shall be sealed. If the cabinet is
deeper than 13" it must be protected by a non-combustible panel or material.
● Cabinet directly over the range must be a minimum of 30" from the cooking surface.

to a side wall, shown as a dotted
line, there must be at least 7.25" of
clearance between the center of the
rear burner and the side wall. This
applies to either side of the range.
