Installing the down rod
Remove the clevis pin (2) and hitch pin (1) from down rod assembly. Fig.4.

Carefully feed fan wires through the down rod (4), and slide the canopy (1), canopy cap (2) and
coupling cover (3) up around over the down rod. Fig.5.
Thread the rod into the coupler (3), and reinstall the clevis pin (6) and the hitch pin (5). Finally tighten
the set screw (4). Fig.6
Lift fan assembly onto mounting bracket. Ensure the registration slot of hanger ball is positioned on the
stopper of mounting bracket to prevent fan from rotating when in operation. Fig.7.
