3. Charging Indication
3.1 When lithium-ion battery polarities are detected and secured, the
blue LED (13) will light up; push (8) forward and press the (10)
cover holder to affix the battery.
3.2 When the charger is powered (9), the green LED (12) will light up.
The charger is powered and ready to charge. When the red LED
(14) or (15) lights up, the installed battery is charging.
Note:
When the battery starts charging, the blue (13) and red (15) LEDs
will be flashing. This is normal during the charging procedure.
3.3 When the red LED of (14) or (15) turns green, it indicates 95%
charging completed; it will then start trickle-charging for additional
30 minutes to reach maximum charge.
4. Ni-MH Battery Charging Mode
Insert 2 pieces of AA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries into the battery tray
(19) (when using AAA batteries, use the 2 sleeve adapters), the red
LED (14) will light up. When the red LED (14) turns green, the battery
is fully charged. If the red LED (14) is flashing when the battery is
installed, it indicates that the batteries are non-rechargeable alkaline
batteries or aging Ni-MH rechargeable batteries.
Note:
This charger will not charge a single Ni-MH battery, it must be
charged in pairs.
5. USB Port Charging
All hand-held devices, which are charged with tip connectors via USB
DC 5V can be charged by this charger. Connect the device to (17) USB
port. The blue LED (16) will light up. When the charging is completed,
the blue LED (16) will turn off or flash.
