7.3.2. Automatic station search
NOTE!
An automatic search will overwrite all existing stored stations.
Switch the radio on by pressing the O N / O F F button.
Press the M E M /A M S button for approximately 2 seconds.
Release the button to start the automatic station search.
The device now searches the selected frequency band and stores the strongest sta-
tions.
Press the P R E S E T − or P R E S E T + to select a stored station.
The device can store up to 5 stations in the AM band and up to 20 stations in the
FM band per memory space (A or B).
7.3.3. Manual station search
Press the ▼-T U N I N G or T U N I N G -▲ button to set a desired frequency.
Press the M E M /A M S button, and use the P R E S E T − or P R E S E T + but-
ton to select the desired memory space.
Press the M E M /A M S button again to complete the storage process.
7.3.4. User memory
The device allows you to store up to 20 stations in each of the two user memory
spaces (A and B).
To store a station in user memory space A, proceed as follows:
If B is displayed beside the frequency display, hold down the U S E R /S L E E P
button until A appears.
Now use the ▼-T U N I N G or T U N I N G -▲ button to set the desired fre-
quency.
Press the M E M /A M S button, and use the P R E S E T − or P R E S E T + but-
ton to select the desired memory space.
Press the M E M /A M S button again to complete the storage process.
− To store a station in user memory space B, proceed as follows:
If A is displayed beside the frequency display, hold down the U S E R /S L E E P
button until B appears.
Now use the ▼-T U N I N G or T U N I N G -▲ button to set the desired fre-
quency.
