CENTRIFUGAL EXTRACTOR
Dear customer:
We are certain that you are going to be completely sa-
tisfied with your purchase of our centrifugal extractor.
Please read the instruction manual carefully to get the
best results when using the appliance.
IMPORTANT
When the power supply cord is damaged it must be
replaced by an official dealer.
Any claims under guarantee require presentation of
the invoice for purchase of the extractor, together
with the guarantee certificate.
Without this requirement the guarantee will not be
considered valid.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION,
MAINTENANCE AND USE
GENERAL INDICATIONS
Before installing and using the extractor, make sure
that the voltage (V) and the frequency (Hz) indicated
on the characteristics plate correspond to the volta-
ge and frequency of the mains power supply.
The characteristics plate and technical data are lo-
cated on the housing.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To prevent any possible injury, the extractor mus
be DISCONNECTED from the mains power supply
before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance
operations.
Remove the grease collector tray (1) and then ex-
tract the filter (2) by pressing upward and pulling
toward the front of the housing (3).
CLEANING THE GREASE FILTER
Depending on the amount of use, and at least once
a month, the grease filter should be dismantled and
washed in a dishwasher or using hot water and de-

tergent. If washed in a dishwasher, place the filter
in a vertical position to prevent any remains of food
being deposited on the filter. Rinse and dry the filter
before replacing it in position. Proceed in the rever-
se order as for dismantling.
IMPORTANT
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervi-
sion or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance.
Never leave any recipient unattended when frying.
Oils may overheat or catch fire. In the case of used
oils this risk of fire is even greater.
THE MANUFACTURER ACCEPTS NO RESPON-
SABILITY IN THE EVENT OF NONCOMPLIANCE
WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE INS-
TALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND CORRECT
USE OF THE EXTRACTOR HOOD.
IMPORTANT
Keep these instructions for correct maintenance of
the extractor in a safe place.
SAFETY STANDARD
Prevent any risk of fire by always keeping the
appliance clean. This may be carried out using a
cloth moistened in denaturalized ethyl alcohol. The
necessity for cleaning will vary according to the
amount of use, nevertheless, the appliance should
be cleaned every 2 or 3 weeks.
