Detector Settings
Adjust HUMLEVEL
In all modes, press the selection key to select and adjust the
humlevel to adjust the threshold value
The SELECT button
In all metal mode
use + and – to
Adjust the
threshold level.
The minimum
value of adjustable
threshold is - 9
and the maximum
value is + 9
Adjust detection frequency
In the state of automatic balance or precise positioning, Press
the select key to adjust the detection frequency
The SELECT button
Use the select button to
adjust the detection
frequency.
Each time you press the
select button, you will go to
the next step frequency level
from low to high. Maximum
detection frequency at one
time when reached, pressing
the select button will return
to the minimum detection
frequency level.
The minimum
value of adjustable
frequency is F1
and the maximum
value is F7
WARNING: After the detection frequency
adjustment is completed, exit the precise mode
and automatic balance mode
Batteries and Charging
The GF-650 is capable of using different types of AA
batteries:
9 V Alkaline
1.5 V Alkaline
1.5 V Carbon
1.5 V Alkaline (rechargeable)
1.5 V Lithium (non-rechargeable)
WARNING: There is a risk of explosion if the battery
is replaced by an incorrect type
Battery level
The Battery Level indicator shows the current battery level
The battery Level Indicator
Note that rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries
have different discharge rates, therefore the Battery Level
Indicator is approximate only
Battery Run Times
rechargeable AA NiMH battery runs for about 11 hours
The running time of non rechargeable AA alkaline
battery is about 10 hours
