Assembly
Follow these easy steps to assemble your GS-650 Series detector.
Attach coil to lower shaft
Insert the two yoke washers into the holes on either side of
the yoke.
Slide the yoke into the yoke bracket on top of the coil.
Ensure that the spring loaded pin in the lower shaft is
underneath.
Tighten the yoke bolts through the yoke and yoke bracket,
but do not over tighten.
Install the control box
Push the control box into the slot according to the direction
shown in the right gure.
Clamp the control box with the upper valve stem slot.
Assemble shafts
Rotate the valve stem counterclockwise.
Align the lower shaft with the intermediate shaft, rotate it
counterclockwise and tighten it 3
Connect the intermediate shaft to the upper shaft in the
same way
Rotate the valve stem counterclockwise and tighten it.
Attach armrest
Place the armrest on the left and right sides of the upper
shaft. location the armrest is just below the elbow, then
align the center hole the handrail has the nearest hole in
the shaft.
Thread the screw through the bracket, upper shaft and
handrail.tighten the screws carefully.
Put Velcro face up through the handrail through the two
slots on the handrail. Make sure that the end of the belt will
be xed outward from your arm.
Connect coil
Wrap the coil cable around the lower and middle shaft
enough times to take up the slack, but so the coil can still tilt
without restriction.
Use the velcro tabs provided to secure the coil cable against
the shaft.
Align the coil connector and plug into the socket in the back.
