Remote Control Troubleshooting
Symptoms
1.The KOHLER
LED on the
remote control is
flashing red.
2. Remote control
LEDs are flashing
blue.
3. Remote control
works only with
the charger
connected.
4. Remote control
LEDs flashing red
with the charger
connected and the
remote control is
working.
5. Remote control
LEDs flashing red
with the charger
connected and the
remote control is
not working.

Probable Cause
A. The battery charge
is low.
A. Faucet power
supply is not
plugged in.
B. Remote control is
not paired.
A. No batteries or the
batteries need to be
replaced.
A. Nonrechargeable
batteries are
installed.
B. Fault in the remote
control.
A. Battery position is
incorrect.
Recommended Action
A. Connect the charger to the
remote. Refer to the "Charging
the Remote Control" section.
A. Plug the faucet power supply into
an electrical outlet.
B. Pair the remote control to the
faucet. Refer to the "Pairing the
Remote Control" section.
A. Replace the batteries. Refer to the
"Replacing the Remote Control
Batteries" section.
A. Disconnect the charger.
B. Contact our Customer Care
Center.
A. Remove the batteries and install
the batteries in the correct
position. Refer to the "Replacing
the Remote Control Batteries"
section.
