SAFE WORKING PRACTICE
Please read through the Safe Working Practice to ensure prevention of injury or
damage to the device.
•
Do not use this product for anything other than its intended purposes.
•
Ensure you have read and fully understood the instruction manual and safety advice
before using this product.
•
Do not stand on, or place heavy objects onto the product.
•
Do not leave this machine unattended whilst it is operational.
•
Ensure the product is fully switched off and unplugged when not in use.
•
If signs of excessive heat, fire or smoke become apparent, turn off the product fully,
unplug it from the socket and arrange for repair. Do not use the product until it has
been inspected by a qualified professional.
•
Do not use this product if the wire is damaged.
•
Do not operate this product with wet hands or clothes.
•
Do not submerge this product in water. Do not allow this product to become
excessively wet.
•
We recommend the use of an RCD.
•
Do not use outdoors.
•
Repairs or maintenance should be carried out by a qualified professional. Do not
attempt repairs yourself.
•
Inspect the product for signs of wear and damage before and after every use.
If damage or significant wear is spotted, do not use product, and arrange for repair.
•
Do not touch the heat board whilst the heat press is in use.
•
Be aware that the upper platen and heat board will remain hot for a period of time
after use.
•
This heat press is heavy. Use appropriate manual handling procedures when moving
the heat press.
•
Keep out of reach of children.
