OPERATING THE ELECTRIC OVEN AND ITS KNOB SYMBOLS (FIG. 7)
Oven off
Grill element on 2750W
Upper element on 1200W
Upper and lower elements 4400W
with thermostat control 50÷270°C
WARNINGS
- Before switching on the oven, make sure there are no plastic bags, paper, cardboard etc. inside the oven.
- Turn on the power supply main switch.
- Turn the oven knob clockwise in order to switch it on, bringing it to reach the desired temperature number.
- During grill operations, the oven door must stay open.
7.4.2
USING THE OVEN
- Turn the knob clockwise and set the desired temperature: the yellow and green signal lamps will come on.
- Wait for the yellow lamp to go off and the oven will have reached the set temperature; now you may introduce the food and
close the door. Periodically check the food's cooking process.
- At the end of cooking, switch off the oven by turning the knob anticlockwise and bringing it to "0".
N.B.: A differential cooking is also possible, by concentrating heat either in the upper part or in the lower part.
Turn the knob to the right and set it on the (

GRILL USE

The 2750W grill resistor becomes red hot, the yellow and green lamps come on.
During Grill operation, the oven door must stay open.
The grill can also be used to prepare au gratin dishes.
To switch off the grill, turn the knob anticlockwise and bring it to zero ( O ).

The unit should be checked at least twice a year. You must check the burners, the ignition, the interignition, the maximum and
minimum settings. Moreover, you should check the good functioning of the windscreen/draft hood (Type B II ) and the air
inlet.
8.1
REPLACING COMPONENTS
To be performed exclusively by an "Authorised Service Centre"!
In order to replace these components, it is important to first do the following:
- Shut off the gas supply inlet valve;
- Remove the knobs;
- Disassemble the front panel;
- Possibly remove the grills, the flame-spreaders and the burners.
Now you can replace the more important components.
A) Worktop burner thermocouple (Fig. 3)
- unscrew the nut (7) with a size-8 spanner
- unscrew the nut (Fig. 2 position 3) with a size-9 spanner
- install a new thermocouple of the same type, following the opposite assembling order.
