11. MAINTENANCE
The devices from the SKEMA product range by MORETTI S.p.A. are carefully checked and
provided with the EC label before being launched on the market. As far as patient's and doctor's
safety is concerned, you are recommended to have the product suitability checked by the
manufacturer or by an authorized lab, at least once a year.
12. CLEANING & DISINFECTION
12.1 Cleaning
Use only a damp cloth and neutral soap. Then, dry well before use. Do not use water warmer
than 30° C. Do not use water and/or vapour jet cleaning machine.
12.2 Disinfection
If necessary, disinfect the device using a common cleaning disinfectant product.
N.B. In no way use acid, alkaline or solvent products as like acetone or thinner
13. CONDITIONS OF DISPOSAL
As far as the product disposal is concerned, never use the common urban solid waste disposal
systems. The product must be disposed of by the municipal sorted waste collection centres,
designated for recycling the used materials.
