Raclette party-grill
Dear customer,
Before using the appliance, the user must
read the following instructions carefully.
Connection to the mains supply
Th e appliance should only be connected to an
earthed socket installed in accordance with
the regulations. Make sure that the supply
voltage corresponds with the voltage marked
on the rating label. Th is product complies
with all binding CE labelling directives.

Safety
Before use, examine the entire product
including the power cord and accessories,
if any, in order to detect signs of damage
that could aff ect its safety in use. Also, do
not operate the appliance aft er it has been
dropped as it could have suff ered damage
that is not visible from outside.
Th e power cord should be regularly
examined for any signs of damage. In the
event of such damage being found, the
appliance must no longer be used.
Do not operate the appliance if excessive
force has been used to pull the power
cord. Damage cannot always be detected
from the outside; the entire unit should
therefore be checked by a qualifi ed
technician before it is used again.
Th e surfaces of the appliance, the cooking
top and mini pans become hot during use.
Caution: there is a danger of scalding.
Always allow the appliance suffi cient time
to cool down before removing the cooking
plate, and before cleaning or storing the
unit.
Ensure that the power cord does not touch
any hot parts of the appliance.
Set up the raclette grill on a suitable heat
resistant, level and splash proof worktop.
Be careful not to position the raclette grill
right against a wall or into a corner and
make sure that no infl ammable materials
are adjacent to the grill.
Before use, place the cooking top onto the
appliance, over the heating element.
Always remove the plug from the wall
socket

in case of any malfunction,

before cleaning the appliance.
When removing the plug from the wall
socket, never pull on the power cord;
always grip the plug itself.
Th is appliance is not intended for use by
any persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lacking experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
Caution: Keep any packaging materials
well away from children: there is a risk of
suff ocation.
Do not leave the appliance unattended
while in use.
Th e appliance is not intended to be
operated by means of an external timer or
separate remote-control system.
Caution: do not operate the appliance
outdoors.
No responsibility is accepted if damage
results from improper use, or if these
instructions are not complied with.
Th is appliance is intended for domestic use
only and not for commercial applications.
