Accessory designed to collect fat and cooking juices
from roasted meats.
Baked potato, dry food.
For foods that contain a lot of water, e.g. fish etc.
This function allows you to make pieces roasted on the
spit.
To avoid burning yourself, always use the rotisserie
handle and oven mitts.
Perfect for baking your pizzas, pies, pies or bread.
Remarks:
We suggest placing a thin layer of baking paper in
between the baking stone and the food to ensure
maximum hygiene during the baking process.
This way, the baking stone will be protected against
grease and liquids. Moreover, heat is distributed evenly
and humidity arising from condensation is absorbed,
resulting in a thinner and crunchier crust.
