Thiswarranty appliesonly for singlefamily domestic usein
Canadawhen the Refrigeratorhas been properlyinstalled
accordingto the instructionssuppliedby iVlabe and is
connectedto an adequateand proper utility service.
Damagedue to abuse,accident,commercialuse,and
alteration or defacingof the serialplate cancelsall obligations
of this warranty.
Serviceduring this warranty period must be performed byan
AuthorizedMabeServiceAgent.
Neither iVlabe nor the Dealeris liablefor any claimsor
damagesresultingfrom failure of the Refrigeratoror from
servicedelays beyondtheir reasonablecontrol.
To obtain warranty service,purchasermust presentthe
original Billof Sale.Componentsrepairedor replacedare
warranted through the remainderof the originalwarranty
period only.
Thiswarranty is extendedto the original purchaserand any
succeedingowner for productspurchasedfor home use
within Canada.in homewarranty servicewill be providedin
areaswhere it is availableand deemedreasonableby Mabe
to provide.
Thiswarranty is in addition to any statutorywarranty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
• Owneris responsible to payfor servicecallsrelatedto product
installationand/or teachinghow to usethe product.
• Damageto finish must be reportedwithin/48hoursfollowing
the deliveryof the appliance.
• Damageto finish includingrust,tarnish,or small blemishes,
after delivery.
• Improperinstallation-properinstallationincludesadequate
air circulationto the refrigerationsystem, a dequateelectrical,
plumbingand otherconnectingfacilities.
• Replacement o f housefusesor resettingof circuitbreakers.
• Replacement o f light bulbs.
• Damageto productcausedby accident,fire,floodsor acts of
God.
• Lossof food dueto spoilage.
• Properuseand careof productas listedin the owner's
manual,propersettingof controls.
• Productnot accessible to providerequiredservice.
• WARRANTOR tSNOTRESPONSIBLE
FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.
• Failureof the product if it isabused,misused, o r usedfor other
than the intendedpurposeor usedcommercially.
• Productswhich are not defective,broken,or which are
workingas describedin the Owner'sManual.
• Replacement o f the water filter cartridge,if included,due to
water pressurethat isoutsidethe specifiedoperatingrange
or dueto excessive sedimentin the water supply.
EXCLUSION OFIMPLIEDWARRANTIES--Your s ole and exclusive remedy is product repair as provided in this Limited
Warranty. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose, are limited to one year or the shortest period allowed by law.
