Connection

lnstallation notes
The uppe

the speaker

or colored
red.
The black
terminar
must be rinked

black.
The
cables
of
the
left
speaker
are
connected
to

L and
the
cables
of
the
right
speaker

Operation
After connecting the speakers
and
program sources, switch
on
the
amplifier
by
depressing the pushbutton
power
(1).
Select
the desired
program
source
(turÄtable,
iuner o,
tape) with
the input
selector switch
function
(6) and
switch
on
the correspon_
ding unit. Operate the controls
as
required.
Tape
recordings
The played back
program
(turntable,
tuner
or
tape) can be
recorded
ryLt!gppropriate

to the

(17). Control
the
recording levels in accordance
wit'h
the
instructions
of
the
recording
units.
Direct tape to tape
recordings
lf
two
tape or
cassette decks
are
connected,
it is

record
directly
from
tape
to
tape
in
both directions without changing the
existing connections (only from
tape
1
to
tape 2 in monitor"möde).
Monitor
With
the MONITOR connectjon
(17), it is
possible to direcily
com_
pare recordings with
the
original without interrupting
recörding.
A
precondition
for
this
is,
however, that
the
recordin-g
tape
deci
is
designed for monitor operation.
Possible
