9. TRANSPORTATION
Before transporting this machine, disconnect
always the battery of the machine.
Hold the machine by the handle with the machine
switched off and away from body parts. Proper
handling will reduce the chance of accidental contact
with the cutting tool.
If you are going to transport the machine in a vehicle,
secure it firmly to prevent it from sliding or tipping
over.
10. STORAGE
Store this tool in a place that is inaccessible to
children and safe in a way that does not endanger
anyone and that is dry, clean and at a temperature
between 0ºC and 45ºC.
Unplug the battery from the machine before storing
it, and to prevent battery damage, always fully charge
it. If you are not going to use the machine for a long
period of time, please recharge the battery every 30
days. Never store the battery discharged.
Store batteries away from metal materials such
as paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other
small metal materials that can accidentally make a
connection between the terminals and cause a short
circuit. Short circuiting the battery can cause the
battery to explode or ignite.
The battery will discharge more slowly at low
temperatures.
Before storing the machine, follow the points in the
maintenance chapter.
The machine out of use must be stored clean, on a
flat surface.
11. INFORMATION ON THE DES-
TRUCTION OF THE EQUIPMENT/RE-
CYCLING
The battery of this machine contains elements that are
hazardous to health and the environment and must
be recycled properly. Do not throw the battery in the
trash, take it to an offi cial collection point for
waste.
Dispose of your device in an ecological
way. We must not dispose of the machines
together with the household waste. Its
plastic and metal components can be
classified according to their nature and can be
recycled.
The materials used to pack this machine
are recyclable. Please, do not throw the
packaging in the domestic waste. Dispose of
these packages at an official waste collection point.
