Installation
CAUTION
Remove the IDT 600 from the calibrator after use and
during transit.
1. Check for moisture or dirt particles within the IDT 600
chamber. If found, dismantle and refer to the "Cleaning"
section.
2. Fit the IDT 600 to the Druck calibrator. Use a suitable
method of sealing the pressure connection.
3. Fit the device under test to the IDT 600. Use a suitable
method of sealing the pressure connection.
Cleaning
CAUTION
equipment - it will damage the seals.
1. Release the pressure from the system.
2. Remove the IDT 600 from the system.
3. Unscrew the top section to release the chamber, see
Figure A1 items 1 and 2.
4. Clean the components with a soft lint-free cloth or tissue
paper.
5. Re-assemble by screwing the top section (hand-tight) onto
the base and chamber. Ensure that the two o-ring seals are
correctly located.
Repair
Do not do repairs to this equipment. Return the equipment to the
manufacturer or an approved service agent.
Use the IDT 600 in the vertical position.
Do not use solvents to clean this
