1. INTRODUCTORY NOTE
Melchioni Spa, owner of the Melchioni Family brand, thanks you for purchasing this
refrigerator.
This manual contains important information regarding the correct use of the
product, its safe use, its maintenance and the protection of the environment. We
invite you to read it carefully before commissioning, and to keep it for possible future
references.
The Melchioni Family team is always at your disposal for reports, suggestions and
advice.
2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE SAFE USE OF THE PRODUCT
In order to minimize the risk factors related to the installation and use of the product,
carefully read and comply with the utmost diligence with the following instructions:
• The product is designed for domestic use by the consumer. Compliance with the
declared performance and the safety requirement in case of intensive use in a
professional environment is not guaranteed
• The product is not intended for use in industrial environments, large commercial areas,
large public areas or communities, cellars, garages, attics, pergolas, porches or other
locations that could make it exposed to atmospheric agents
• The product is intended for internal use: if used outdoors, the safety requirement is
not guaranteed and risk situations may arise for the user's safety
• The product must not be used by children unless they are guaranteed exhaustive
information on how to use it and we are sure that it has been correctly implemented
• The product must not be made available to children even after it has been
decommissioned, as it contains details that could pose a risk of injury if used improperly
• The product should not be used by people with reduced motor or cognitive abilities,
unless they are adequately supervised
• Do not use the product in the presence of sources or accumulations of liquids: ensure
sufficient distance from containers, tanks, taps, pipes, dehumidifiers, expansion or
accumulation vessels, gutters, downpipes, loading and drainage pipes, etc.
• The product must not be used if there are deformities, even partial color changes,
openings in the casing, cracks, excessive heating, smoke ENGLISH emissions, vapours,
bad smells, intense or unusual noises; if so, stop using it immediately and contact
qualified technical personnel
• Before proceeding with installation, make sure that the rated voltage indicated on the
technical data plate on the appliance corresponds to the mains voltage
• The appliance must not be installed near windows or openings which could expose it
to the elements
