MILKY DRINKS
Hints & Tips
To make frothy milk, you should opt for pasteurised UHT milk from the fridge (3-5°C). The use of special milks (micro
filtered, raw, fermented, enriched) or plant milks (rice, oat or almond) can give results that are less satisfactory in terms
of the quality and quantity of froth. Once the bottle opened, milk, either in plastic or glass bottle, should be stored in a
refrigerator at 4°C or below at all times. It usually can be stored between 5 and 7 days.
HOW TO START PREPARING A MILKY DRINK
• Connect the milk tube to the right side of the "One Touch Cappuccino" block.
• Immerse the other end of the tube (metallic side) in a container filled with milk or directly in your milk bottle.
• Place the cup(s) under the nozzles.
• Press the "Cappuccino" "Macchiato" or "Caffe Latte" button. If required, personalise your drink (size, coffee strength, x2,
extra shot).
• Press START/STOP.
• The preparation will start with milk frothing followed by coffee flow or vice-versa depending on the recipe.
These stages will take place automatically, then your drink is ready for drinking.
For more information see the beginning of chapter 5.A ''MAKE A MILK RECIPE'' of the quick start guide.
!
Important : At the end of each recipe, the machine suggests a milk rinsing. We recommend that you do this to ensure
optimum hygiene and the proper operation of your milk system. See Chapter 5.B "QUICK RINSE AFTER

CAN I CHANGE MY FAVOURITE DRINKS?
It is not possible to amend a favourite that has already been created. To replace a favourite, start making a drink using
the desired settings and save it as the favourite that you want to amend. If you save a favourite when a recipe has already
been saved, it will be overwritten.
Carrying out proper maintenance will prolong the life of your machine and preserve the authentic taste of your coffee.
For hygienic reasons, it is recommended to rinse the coffee system daily or when not used for a longer period (more than
2 days). You have the possibility of setting up an automatic rinsing which guarantees the preservation of best coffee flavor
and an optimal hygiene. Please refer at the chapter OTHER FUNCTIONS.
